They meet regularly to review the work of the charity, provide guidance to the senior leadership team, and make sure that decisions are made in the best interests of the people we support.

We are always guided by our values of compassion, professionalism, and inclusion, and our Trustees play an important role in helping us stay true to them.
Our Trustees ensure that we remain focused on our mission to support people living with muscular dystrophy and related neuromuscular conditions. They oversee our work, make key decisions about long-term plans, and ensure the charity is managed in a safe, ethical, and financially responsible way.
Day-to-day operations are led by our staff team, who are supported by the Trustees to deliver high-quality services, including specialist physiotherapy and wellbeing support.
