The Muscular Dystrophy Support Centre provides free, ongoing specialist therapies for adults with muscular dystrophy, helping nearly 600 service users manage their condition through physiotherapy, osteopathy, exercise classes, and more.
With clinics across the Midlands and online support, the Centre promotes mobility, mental wellbeing, and independence, helping people with muscular dystrophy stay stronger for longer. It is one of only two UK charities offering long-term therapies for people with neuromuscular conditions.
